Since I've been so wordy in my posts of late, I'm going to skip the chit-chat and get straight to the nitty-gritty today. Thanks for sticking with me through all those longer posts, and thanks to all for your kind comments (they seriously make my day).
This week I'm thankful for...
581. YOU! My blogging friends! I gained two followers in the last week and that's cause for me to {happy dance}
582. Pots of tea (and new tea pots!)
583. Answers to prayer
584. Surviving and thriving on Tuesday
585. Encouragement from unexpected places (and people)
586. Feeling myself opening to new ideas
587. Trying out new recipes and being glad that there are leftovers
588. Absolutely beautiful autumn days
589. "Blessed Be Your Name" as sung by the Newsboys with Rebecca St. James
590. Pumpkins and mums - you knew that would make the list, right?
FRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDAY!!
ReplyDeleteYippee. Even though I work on Saturdays, I too love them because the hubby tends to be around.
Glad you made it through the week with a smile on your face. Congrats on the new followers, lady.
Love those pumpkins! God is good eh?!

ReplyDeleteBy the way, I remember being in the back of peters old green car and listening to that song by newsboys and Rebecca st James. I told you both that was a great song and a better version than others I had heard. You all disagreed with me at the time. Now you know the error of your ways! Ha! Ha!
ReplyDeleteI pretty new to the blogging although my profile says 2009....I really didn't jump in until late August of this year and I have to say you are inspiring to get the camera out and include it more in my blogs. You are so creative and it shows. God Bless
ReplyDeleteMolly - I'm glad I made it through the week too! :-) Bummer that you have to work on Saturday though. :-(
ReplyDeleteSophie - God IS good!
Seestor - I vaguely remember that, but we've liked this version for a long time now. In fact, it's the one that we used for our presentation video when we came back from Botswana/Zambia in 2006. Good stuff! :-)
Irish - you're making me blush, but thanks. Always nice to hear that someone enjoys the blog (and the photos).
